Lois Quinn, Part 2: Lois Quinn of the Employment and Training Institute at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee was the guest last week at the Division of Research and Assessment's Research Briefs. Quinn talked about the reports she and John Pawasarat, also of the ETI, prepared for MPS detailing demographics and challenges confronting nine central city zip codes.

In this second installment of Quinn's discussion, she talks about the central city child care industry. (Images of slides discussed by Quinn are superimposed on the video to make them easier to see. Life isn't perfect, though, and the images still are not perfectly clear. A separate, clearer copy of the entire slide show is here. Click on the slides to advance the show.)
